Nullu Privacy Policy

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you sign up using Apple Login or Direct Login, we collect your account credentials and basic profile information (e.g., username, email, profile picture). We do not store passwords for third-party logins.
• User-Generated Content: Messages you send on the Tribe Page are collected and stored to allow delivery to other users. Only text messages are supported; no voice or multimedia is stored.
• Transactional Information: Purchases made on the Buy Page via third-party payment providers (Stripe, Cashfree, UPI) may require payment details. Nullu does not collect or store sensitive payment information, including card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.
• Device & Usage Information: Device type, operating system, app version, usage statistics, and crash reports may be collected to improve the app.
• Permissions and Access:
  • Location: To autofill the address on the Address page and for quick delivery
  • ATT (App Tracking Transparency): To allow tracking for personalized experiences and analytics
  • Microphone: Required for recording delivery instructions
  • Gallery / Photos: To allow users to upload images for profile
  • Camera: To capture images for profile
  • Notifications: To send important updates, alerts, or promotional messages

Note: All permissions are optional where possible, and you can revoke them anytime from your device settings.

We do not provide these third parties with sensitive payment information, microphone access, or personal gallery content beyond what is needed for their specific functions.

We do not access your sensitive payment information, camera, microphone, or personal media content beyond the scope of the app functionality.

• Report and Block Users: You can report or block users who misbehave on the Tribe Page
• Account Deletion: Users can request account deletion from settings. Deletion is processed within 24 hours
• Permissions: You can enable or disable location, camera, microphone, gallery, and notifications at any time in your device settings
• Access & Update: You may update your profile information anytime through your account settings

• We retain account information and messages only as long as necessary to provide services
• Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes even after account deletion

• We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction
• However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security

Nullu is not intended for children under 15 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 15. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

The app may contain links to other apps or websites not operated by Nullu. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app. Continued use of Nullu after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
